Who you are buying from

MyLittleLore is a small family business. We illustrate and sell printable wall art for nurseries, bedrooms and playrooms. Every drawing in the shop was made for MyLittleLore rather than bought in from a stock library.

Buying a bundle from this site means you accept the terms on this page, together with the personal use licence and the refunds policy. You can reach us any time through the contact page.

What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital download. Nothing is printed for you, nothing is posted, and no physical item is shipped. You receive the print files and print them yourself, at home or through a copy shop or photo lab.

Print counts, palettes and preview images for each bundle are shown in the shop. Those descriptions are part of what you are buying, so if a bundle arrives without something the listing promised, tell us and we will put it right.

Price, currency and the launch offer

All prices are in US dollars. The launch price is $7.15 per bundle against a usual price of $24.00, and buying any two bundles makes the third one free. That is a promotional price: it is temporary, it can end or change at any time, and the price you pay is the one shown at the moment you check out.

If your PayPal account or card is held in another currency, your bank or PayPal sets the exchange rate and may add a conversion fee. That fee is theirs, not ours, and we have no way to see or refund it.

Any tax that applies to your purchase is shown at checkout. We do not add handling, shipping or delivery charges, because there is nothing to ship.

Payment and delivery

Payment is handled by PayPal. Card details are entered on PayPal's own pages, so this site never sees, receives or stores a card number. Once PayPal confirms the payment, your download link is issued straight away.

The download link is time-limited for security, currently 24 hours from purchase. If it runs out before you have saved the files, or the link fails for any reason, write to us with your PayPal transaction ID and we will issue a fresh one at no cost.

What we need from you

Digital delivery only works if we can reach you. Four small things make the difference between a smooth order and a support message.

Your licence, in short

Buying a bundle gives you a personal use licence. The artwork itself stays ours; what you get is permission to print and enjoy it.

The full wording lives on the licence page. If you want to use a design commercially, write to us rather than assume the answer is no.

Bundles, availability and changes

The shelf changes as new work is finished. Bundles may be added, revised or retired, and prices may move once the launch offer ends. None of that affects a bundle you have already bought: the files you downloaded stay yours under the licence you bought them with.

We may improve a bundle after release, for example by adding a ratio or correcting a file. If that happens and you already own it, ask and we will send the updated set.

What we are and are not responsible for

If a file is faulty, missing or not what the listing described, that is on us: we will replace it, and if we cannot, we will refund the bundle. That is the promise, and it is set out in full on the refunds page.

What we cannot control is how the files come out at your end. Colour varies between screens, printers, inks and papers, so a print will not always match a preview exactly. We are not able to cover printing costs, courier costs or lab charges you pay to a third party, and we cannot be held responsible for a printer or shop making a poor job of a good file.

Put simply: our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that bundle. Nothing here removes rights the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.

Disputes, law and updates

If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Almost everything is solved in a day or two by email, and it is far quicker than a payment dispute. Details of how to ask are on the refunds page.

These terms are governed by the law of the country MyLittleLore trades from. Where you buy as a consumer, the protections of your own country's law continue to apply alongside them.

We may update this page as the shop grows. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top always shows when this page last changed.
