The download
What arrives, how fast, and what you can open it with.
What exactly am I buying?+
A digital download: a set of high-resolution files you print yourself. Nothing is posted to you. After payment the files are yours to keep, and you can print them at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service.
How quickly do the files arrive?+
Straight away. Payment goes through PayPal, and the download link is there as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no approval to wait for and no shipping time, wherever in the world you are.
What file format and resolution are the prints?+
Every print is a JPG at 300 DPI, the resolution print shops ask for. JPG opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and every printing service accepts it.
What is inside one bundle?+
One bundle is a complete coordinated set of prints, and every print comes in five ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO A-series and 11×14 inch. There are 22 bundles in the shop and more than 1,400 printable files across them.

No. The files are ordinary JPGs. Open them in the photo app your device already has, or upload them straight to a printing service. There is nothing to install and nothing to unlock.
Do the files expire?+
No. Once a file is saved on your device it stays yours, and you can print it as many times as you like, for as long as you like. Keep a copy somewhere safe, such as a cloud drive or a folder you back up.
Printing and sizes
Which file to pick, where to print it, and what to expect on paper.
Which sizes can I print?+
The five ratios cover the frame sizes sold worldwide. From the 2:3 files you can print 4×6, 8×12, 12×18, 16×24 and 20×30 inches; the ISO A-series files cover A5 up to A1; 11×14 inch has its own file, as do 3:4 and 4:5. Pick the ratio that matches your frame and print at the size you need.
Where should I get them printed?+
Three routes work well. A home printer is fine for the smaller sizes. A local print or copy shop handles medium sizes cheaply and quickly. An online printing service is the best choice for large prints and heavier paper. All three accept a 300 DPI JPG.
Are there print settings I should use?+
Print at 100 per cent, or actual size, rather than fit to page, so nothing is scaled or cropped. Matte or lightly textured paper from about 200gsm upwards holds the colour well. If a particular size matters, ask for one test print before running the whole set.
Are frames included?+
No. A bundle is digital files only and nothing physical is sent. The frames in the room photographs are there to show scale, so you can judge how a wall will look before you print.
Can the files be resized?+
Yes, within reason. Choose the ratio closest to your frame and print it at whatever size that frame needs; because the proportions stay the same, nothing is cut off. Enlarging far beyond 20×30 inches will begin to soften the detail.
Will the printed colours match my screen?+
Close, with a small shift. A screen is backlit and paper is not, so a print usually reads slightly deeper and warmer than the same file on a phone. If an exact shade matters, ask your print shop for a test print first.
The licence
Every bundle comes with a personal use licence. Here is where it starts and stops.

You may print the files for your own home, your child's room or nursery, and as a gift for someone. Unlimited times, in any of the sizes, with no further payment.
Can I sell prints made from the files?+
No. Selling prints made from these files, at a market, in a shop or online, is not covered by the personal use licence.
What else is not allowed?+
Reselling or passing on the files themselves, sharing them in groups or on download sites, and presenting the artwork as your own. The art is hand-illustrated for MyLittleLore and the copyright stays with us.
Can I use the art in a business, shop or classroom?+
Not under the personal use licence, which covers private use in your own home. Get in touch before you buy and we can talk it through.
Price and payment
What a bundle costs during launch, how the third-free offer works, and who takes the payment.
How much is a bundle?+
$7.15 during the launch, instead of the usual $24.00. Prices are in US dollars and the price is per bundle, the same for every bundle in the shop.
How does buy two, get the third free work?+
Choose any three bundles and you pay for two. The third costs nothing, whichever three you pick, and all three arrive in the same download.
How do I pay?+
Payment is handled by PayPal. Once PayPal confirms the payment, the download link follows immediately.
Refunds and problems
The honest position on returns, and what to do if a link or a file misbehaves.
Can I have a refund?+
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final. That is the standard position for digital goods.
If a file is faulty, or the wrong bundle arrives, it gets put right or refunded. Get in touch and say what happened, and it will be sorted.
My download link has stopped working. What now?+
The link is for collecting the files, not for storing them. If it stops working before you have saved everything, get in touch with the email address you paid with and a fresh link will be sent. Files already saved on your device do not expire.
A file will not open. What should I do?+
Nearly always an interrupted download. Download it again, ideally on a computer and over wi-fi, and let it finish before opening. If it still will not open, try a different browser, then get in touch with the bundle name and the file name and a replacement will be sent.
